Who is responsible
Wondergadgetjlt Foods Editorial Ltd is responsible for personal information handled in connection with this publication. Our registered office is 42 North Street, Bristol, BS3 1HW, United Kingdom; company number 16284731. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions.
Browsing the website
This static publication does not include advertising trackers, third-party analytics, account registration or embedded social-media widgets in its own code. Our hosting infrastructure may process standard request information, such as IP address, requested page, browser information and request time, to deliver the website, diagnose faults and protect the service.
Where such processing involves personal data, our legitimate interests are operating a reliable and secure publication. Operational records should be kept only as long as needed for those purposes, with longer retention where necessary to investigate a security incident or comply with legal obligations.
Your local workshop note
Text entered on the Contact page is used in browser memory to build a plain-text preview. It is not submitted to a server by the tool, and the tool does not save it to localStorage. Copying writes the text to your device’s clipboard at your request. Downloading creates a local text file. You control any later sharing, storage or deletion of that file or clipboard content.
Your browser may independently offer autofill or restore form contents according to its settings. If you choose an email link, your email application and provider handle the message under their own arrangements.
Correspondence you send
If you email us, we receive the address, name and message content you choose to provide, together with ordinary email metadata. We use these details to respond, investigate corrections, maintain editorial records and manage legal or privacy enquiries. Our usual basis is a legitimate interest in handling correspondence; a legal obligation may apply to some requests.
We keep routine correspondence only while needed to deal with the enquiry and retain a proportionate record. Messages supporting published corrections, legal issues or ongoing disputes may need longer retention. Please avoid sending health information, identification documents or other sensitive material unless specifically necessary and agreed.
Browser storage
The cookie-settings page can save your selected preference in localStorage under wondergadgetjlt-cookie-preference. This is a preference value, not an advertising identifier, and it is not automatically sent to us. It remains until changed, cleared through your browser or removed by browser policy. See Cookies for controls and details.
Service providers and disclosure
Hosting and email service providers may handle information to supply their services. We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed where required by law, to protect legal rights, or to advisers subject to appropriate confidentiality. If international processing requires a transfer safeguard under applicable data-protection law, an appropriate safeguard must be used.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are subject to legal conditions. We may need proportionate information to verify a request; please contact us before sending identity documents.
You can raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or another competent supervisory authority. You do not have to contact us first, although we welcome the opportunity to address a concern.
